The Process

Step 1: First we remove all the old caulking,(if
necessary we strip the surface of previous
refinished tub ). Followed by cleaning with a 200
proof alcohol and sanding down the surface.

Step 2: Next we perform an acid etch with a
hydrofluoric acid. This step removes the first layer
of porcelain making the glass surface very porous.

Step 3: Then we spray a resistant primer that has
an adhesion promoter added to the chemical
before spraying. The adhesion promoter will give
the primer an added 500% of adhesion.

Step 4: The final step is the chemical coating,
which duplicated the feel and look of the original
porcelain. Three coats of synthetic porcelain will
be applied for the final top layer.

All work is done professionally in your home
within a matter of a few hours time. The surfaces
around the tub will be properly covered for
protection from the spraying process.

Chip and spot repair free of charge during your
refinishing process.
